    I could put a small lamp on the inside. Two of the rings are to spin around like gimbals in a gyroscope it would be a cool effect if the lamp were inside the spinning rings. It could possibly work if the center of mass of the lamp were below the gimbal center that way it would tend to stay up right. getting the gymbal rings to spin in the wind is an other issue to work out.
