Can you believe it, its summer already. Just seems like yesterday I was worried about snow. Time does seem to fly. So what are everyones plans. Rex and I are going to try to get away sometime in July for his birthday. With gas prices the way they are, dont think we will be going to far, but its been a while since we got away together. What is everybody else up to. Evelyn did you finaly kick that bug you had for the longest time?? Erin doing ok at work?? and Helen you feeling any better????

Thu, June 26, 2008 - 5:02 PMwe don't have plans besides work and moving into our house. We should be in around the 17th-18th of next month!! Work is getting better. I try not to stress out and I'm getting better about it. Wishing gas wasn't so expensive cause I could really use a trip to get away. We'll see! Braydon is also starting his FTO and our hours will be kinda crazy together...we'll see what happens! I am on my last week of my second phase, and then I work 8am-8pm. I don't know if that will be better. I'll wake up, work, go home, sleep, wake up and do it all over! It might make for looong days!

Thu, June 26, 2008 - 5:47 PMUuuum...Yep...FINALLY kicked that bug. I did get myself into a thumb fix recently, though! *sigh* I'll try and post a pic here. The pics have not been behaving. I did get one posted...Then, ALL of the rest were the same pic (even though I was posting new ones). Always somethin, ya know?!
We seem to be pickin up alot of paying gigs, which is always nice. Students are trickling in, which is always nice. We are getting a couple of new numbers down, which is always nice. Costumes ALMOST DONE/FINISHED, which is always nice. Let's see here...Let us recap....Hmmmm...Yep...Things are nice! heh heh
David and I were SUPPOSED to be getting away THIS weekend...But...ERIN wanted to do a gig...So, I caved! It really IS all HER fault! David will probably pull some o/t. So, we'll be tryin to get away for his birthday in July, too. Thinkin bout maybe a cruise...But...Money is rather tight...So, we'll have to see how much is left in our budget. I sure like to pay cash for vacations and not regret them later by stressin out over payin them off...Ya know?!
Kierra and I did our recital for Centre Stage last weekend. It was Kierra's first recital. I did clog and jazz...Loads of fun. Kierra did tap and ballet. She was SOOOO cute! Her costume looked like OVERly sweet frosting on a cake! Over the top cute. It was alot of fun to watch. Again...I'll try to post pics when I have more free time (yeah right...When is THAT)!?!?

Yes gas prices are through the roof, Ive cut way down on my spending and driving. Going through another stage of employees not showing up at work, so I get to pick up the slack. Anyway glad ya all are doing ok
