Hi...I am a novice sailor and would love the opportunity to do some sailing in what is left of this amazing summer. If anyone is sailing from Marina Del Rey or ports nearby and would enjoy some company think they might enjoy showing me the...lines...I would love to hear from you.

Racing Alberg 30's - downloadable video

For all those interested, I have created a video from one of the races from last season. We had strong winds that day on the bay which made for some great footage.

I'd love to know what you think, so feel free to post comments.

www.digitalarsenal.com/lingin...ord2.avi

The video requires the DivX codec to view. You can download it for free here: www.divx.com/divx/download/

The video is about 28MB, so you need a decent internet connection.

Hi,

I thought this might be the place to be but I guess everyone is out on the water.
We took the boat out last week. Still a ways to go...
http://petestuff.netfirms.com/boat/madein/
I'm currently sailing on the Napa River in CA. Heading down to the SF Bay soon.

Fair winches and wenches,
Captain Ado

well, I just wanted to pop in and say Hi, and that I am new here and looking to forward to any discussions on sailing. I am contractor and am planning on building a wooden sail boat. I am building a kayak now that I intend on giving to a friend of mine but am looking foward to the big boat! Greetings!
