I can either detract from my person, my being, my tone, by misleading and lying...or I can add to it, empower my words, and grow myself and my soul by speaking the truth...no matter what.

I am a bit offended by your assumptions based on such a small data set. Seems like painting with a broad brush is a bad idea in any situation whether it be race, gender, creed...or sign.

well i have been..but i really hated it,,i might tell one lie here and there but i really try to be as honest as i can,,but ive realized trough the years trying to modify my self that most of all the people are liars themselves...and people does not appreciate honest..what hypocrites,,complain about lying but cant handle the brutal truth..
Geminis can come across as being shallow and what not..but there is much more than you will know behind that fasade..

The biggest liars I know personally are Sags. Kind of funny since Sags are known to be "brutally honest." Look the truth is that you're going to find liars and honest people in every sign.

I'm a Gemini female and I'm very honest. Do I lie sometimes? Yes, but I only do it in situations where the truth doesn't benefit anyone. Anyone who claims to be honest 100% of the time is lying. For 90% of the time, I tell the truth, especially when it involves something very important. I don't like playing games with people and I'm known to be very direct. You never have to sit and wonder for days what I'm thinking. If someone is curious what's on my mind, all they have to do is ask and I'll give a straight answer.

Overall, I am honest and every Gemini is very capable of being honest. Some choose to live their life with integrity while others choose to be liars. They are not any more prone to dishonesty anymore than any other sign. Though, you should beware of the Geminis who do choose to be liars since they can be your most dangerous enemy: Charm + deceit + intelligence = a volatile combination!

It's too much work to be a liar and a cheat. The lovely path through the brambles of Life is wide enough to allow for many views on what Truth is ... beautiful and dangerous. Reflecting reality as accurately as possible at the moment the query is posed is, for me, easier. There are times when I promote a particular view. I'm just too lazy to keep lies and deceptions straight, least of all remember them!

Perhaps the two Geminis in your experience are bored? Or they have not benefitted from the lessons of responsibility/response-ability yet and must still do so? Perhaps you had a reason about why you needed to be lied to and they were just assisting you?
