The townhome is luxurious and is guard gated, with a community pool and spa and walking trail, it is 2 minutes from the Green Valley Ranch & district. You will have your own private bedroom, 12x14, walk in closet and shared bath. The bath has dual sinks, medicine cabinets, drawers and cabinet on each side, so each person has their own area in the bathroom. Utilities include: electric, gas, water, sewer, trash, cable, high speed wireless internet. Rent is $650 with utilities listed above included. (Will consider month to month for $700.) You will be renting a bedroom, shared bath and have house privileges.
