ARAI took off his clothes, keeping only a small yellow Pikachu Pokemon fig leaf on his genitals, and squats on a canvas. While singing the Japanese national anthem "Kimi-ga-Yo means Our superior Emperor regime", he presses a plastic tube containing red paint from just below his buttocks, as if excreting red human waste...Using his bare buttocks on the "waste." he paints a full but irregular rising sun in the middle of the canvas that turns out to be a copy of the Japanese national flag, which he later hangs on the wall.

my friend matthew (the puppeteer) shot himself up the ass with a cap gun as part of his performance at the opening of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. Those blue haired ladies were aghast-!
He was in his duster and cowboy hat and boots mode--he also has a clown "persona" which is a black leather mask/clown face and big black leather clown shoes. And a paddle.
And he and this other performer did this SUPER simple bit that was somehow hysTERical. They came out on stage on these recumbant bicycles, dressed in nazi uniforms and wearing drag make-up, and they just rode around in circles honking their little horns and making eggagerated expressions with their painted faces... simple, but I laughed my fucking ass off!!
Is it art, or just getting away with something? Who cares?! -

But I guess paint coming out of a butt was just TOU much!
