Hey all,

The coffee/tea house I manage is hosting great music every Tuesday in December, I hope you-all will come visit.

Sylvia has a beautiful voice and the songs are not your run-of the-mill selections...lots of rich harmony, murder ballads, old-time-y, jazz..... hope to see you there!

Sylvia Herold & Chuck Ervin with Special Guests

Bio:
Bay area music fans will most likely recognize Herold and Ervin from
one of their many projects.Herold also performs with Wake the Dead, an
all-star Grateful Dead Celtic jam band, and is perhaps best known for
her 16years performing and recording with swing vocal trio Cats &
Jammers. Ervin performs with Bay Area guitar whiz Chris Grampp and
also appears with Herold in the swing quartet Sylvia & the Silvertones
and occasionally with Wake the Dead.

Show description:
Sylvia Herold Chuck Erwin dig deep to unearth hidden song treasures
from the folk, swing, country, cowboy, and bluegrass traditions. Their
favorites are harmony duets in the style of the Everly Brothers and
the Louvin Brothers, and they encourage you to sing along!

The venue:
Julie's coffee & tea garden features fantastic acoustics, organic
coffee, tea & pastries and a sweet, candle lit living room to gather
and enjoy the music.
