Greetings and celebrations and letting go on this Solstice Day. the day of the year with the longest period of sun light so that it appears that the sun (sol) stands still (sistit).

A day then the creatiave life forces are the stongest. A day of letting go and re-newal.

There is also at noon today, June 21, a Time Shift in the Galactic Mayan Calendar (from Judith Moore in New Mexico)

A Note going out from the Great Central Sun creating a sound harmonic that will shift the Earth into a new dimension.

One overtone aligning all the galactic suns, solar codes and the One Harmonic Source.

A perfect time for us to join with this tone - a communion of souls on Earth - so that the wave of a tone moves across the planet iand simultaneously joins with the Overtone from the Great Central Sun.

So whether you happen to get this before noon or after or even the next day... you can intend No Time... or the fluidity of time... and see yourself Joining in this planetary and galactic tone at noon on solstice - merging your heart with the heart of humanity and all life -
I imagine the the rocks and trees and animals know this within themselves and connect - hehhee as if they were not alreacy connected, silly me. :-)

some moments of stillness (sistit), feeling your breath, feeling the beating of your heart, feeling the earth and trees and waters, sensing your feet and toes feeling the floor and sensing the air that is touching your body, breathing in as if you are breathing in thru all of our skin - face and neck and back - fingers, between the fingers, ankles, toes and between your toes, the top of your head and feeling as if you are breathing in thru your heart center and out then through your back and this breath several times of breathing in and out thru every surface of skin on your body.. at one with the breath and heart beat of Gaia.
and then perhaps a sound, or a tone - a laugh or a sigh or a cry - an expression of of your uniqueness merging with every other heart and breath on the earth and with the heart and breath and tone from the Great Central Sun, thru our sun to each of us on this day - each one of us drinking the same Solar light and energy and re-newal.
