Best Practices for Newbies

Howdy!

So. I've heard so many good things about GNE, that I'm thinking of joining up... problem is, it seems pretty daunting.

Any suggestions for a newbie?

    Well, first of all, sign up at GNE! The game isn't happening yet, but we are posting tons of information and features as we lead up to the big beta. There is also a chat where you can talk to the oldsters about the game and what it's like. We'll be sending out emails with passwords to open accounts in about a week.

    My suggestion, get involved! There is a budding continuing community already available, with the discussion boards, the chat, and several wonderful fansites. The Real Game may be a bit off, but that doesn't mean the fun since the prototype has stopped!
