The procedure I used to identify the frequency involved a Rife frequency generator I had specially designed and built for me. It can be set to a high degree of accuracy, and incorporates a separate circuit to measure the output frequency, so I know when the frequency I have selected actually locks in on the output side. I started from near zero Hz and methodically tested frequencies without observing the effect I was looking for until I got to 172 Hz, which gave me a strong, reproducible result. I was using muscle testing as the means of detection, and seeking a frequency which would attract m-state minerals, the condensates of the transition elements, which are superconducting and superfluid, coexisting in conventional matter such as living beings, as the consciousness carrying matrix. They form a loose (spacious) two dimensional matrix, analogous a superfluid silicon computer chip. These crystals are programmable by thought and voice.

The procedure is now to be worked out for producing usable 172 Hz current to experiment with lighting and possibly other electronic devices to see if some may be directly usable on such a local power distribution circuit. Using this means of power distribution should, in my opinion, produce a sanctuary effect that will attract life giving angels/divas/faeries, etc. In contrast 50 and 60 Hz frequencies (e.g. cooking food on an electric stove) drive these essential nutrients out of our food and our living environments...
