Adam, my friend, they are in hiding, deep within their own fearful fantasies. The reason they project all these scenarios of imagined evil on others is to hide from their own evil imaginations. The "evil" against which they crusade is their own evil, projected onto others so they can pretend they have escaped from it and defeated it. The fear they dare not face is the fear of the evil nature of their own hearts and minds. We should pity the fools, since they have locked themselves into a small room with their greatest fears and now can find no escape. That is the true meaning of hell, despite all the myths about eternal torment, searing fires and demonic torturers.
The only escape for them is to find the courage to face their own fears and to acknowledge their own evil, but that is precisely what they are too afraid to tackle.

And when they get old and start to loose their grip, they become the most lurid lecherous dirty old men and women to take care of in the home health industry. For some reason all of the crap they repress comes out like a festering sore when they get older and need assistance. My mother will turn down a $65 dollar admit visit if she knows it is a former preacher or religious nut because they are known to be so naughty and ugly to the nurses.

They believe in something that's irrational;
so thir mind starts to be diseased.
THen, as their mind degrades, as there was not logical stucture
to begin with, they go insane, and all their craziness and depression
they can no longer eascape, so when thay have the opportunity
to blame/take out what they feel on someone else, they
"let it out" -

I'm sorry to hear that you have had that in your family. I find that as I try to tell a lot of them the truth they are very much like drug addicts as they lash out and say awful things like "You just hate us". Then they act out in ways that totally defies what they claim to believe. NONE of them I have seen to date can follow what is taught in their sacred book. And the ones that are online attacking those who do not believe and are expressing why we do not believe, I really have to question their motivation. They can not stand it that we do not see the religion as they have been duped into seeing it.
I have a Yahoo group that I have been in for several years and a friend posted the thread that has been circulated about the Horus/Jesus connection, so I joined the conversation. The moderator deleted the whole thread and posted a topic titled "This group HAS NOT become a "Hate All Things Religious" group". He went on to rant about how he was a Christian (This is an all gay male group BTW) and he refuses to allow anyone to question GOD...THEN he spoke about R-E-S-P-E-C-T-I-N-G others and what they believe.Ha!Ha! These people do not realize what they have done to themselves with this rediculous crap. -

Catholic Priest's enjoying a bit of boyass in the Rectory to get the little tyke "closer to Jeebus".
Married Evangelical Preachers having affairs outside of their Ohh-so HOLY bond of Marriage.
Married Good Christian Family Men fucking their:
Secrataries
Mother in law
Sister in Law
Their own Daughter
Their own Son
and Teenage Evangelical Girls having babies out of wedlock (so much for "abstinance until Marriage"!).
Yes all of these Good Christians are the Finest SHINING Examples of perfect morality and we should ALL follow their "Good Christian Example" *GAG...CHOKE...PUKE*

I think the realization of how powerless they have become because they have given all of their power over to GOD and GOD does nothing but put more hardships (tests) on them makes them act out just to get some attention from daddy GOD. Just like with children, bad attention is still better than nothing. -
