My Time
I have helped many people, and have been helped by many. I value my time here on earth as priceless, and I value our time interacting just as priceless. All my “time” here on earth to this point, was “invested” towards these next few pages. I have written a thousand pages, spent my “life’s resources”, to figure out this was the only thing worth saying, what I truly wanted us to understand… “It truly doesn’t need to be this way”, and here’s the proof… I now know how much of a gift to me, giving this to us, really is…
All I can hope, is that we will accept this inspiring knowledge, and apply it…

Intro
Millions of pages could be written on “why” this works, yet it would not assist us in doing it, so all we will read in here is “how” it works.
You don’t have to believe in anything I present to you, yet it works if we have the determination to follow through and “see” for ourselves.
Regardless of what ails us, regardless of symptoms and diagnostics, existence will help us heal ourselves, others, and our existence. “We Are” all patients and healers, here on Earth to learn, grow, change, and evolve.

This is a simple, easy, loving, ability that all humans have been given. If you are alive, you can do this, and I believe in you.

You don’t have to believe these next concepts, yet understanding them allows the miracle of healing to amplify. Don’t take my words for it, try it, or come see for yourself.

Simple Concepts

Consciousness

Our consciousness is always chewing on something. So it chews on what you place there, or what has been placed there, and it amplifies everything....

Time and Allowing

Time is not important in this process, other then, “is it” time to allow yourself to heal. Allowing is everything, yet it may not be your “time to allow” this to happen! Only you can change “your time”, to allow love and cosmic energy to heal through you.

Understanding

No matter how much we learn about something, understanding comes from “being and doing”.

Intuition and Guidance

By noticing what we notice, it allows us to notice so much more…
If it feels true, right, and good, know that it is good and you are right to act upon your personal truth…

Resistance to the Love of Life

Love is the barrier and the glue, resistance to loving life thickens the barrier. While if we allow more love into our lives towards “all that is”, we will be able to feel the glue, or the web that binds us to the “here and now”.

Life as our teacher

Life is not “all about self”, for “we are” not alone. If you are alive, you are surrounded by life allowing us to live. There is no living without life, so we are in this together. The infinite interactions of life, brought us to where we are, allowing you to understand the “universe of you”…

Svaha

Svaha is one of the Native American words for the space between lightning and thunder. This concept fascinates me to no end. Space between two aspects of the same thing, yet different things…
What do we fill the space between us with? Love and Hate? There is a fine line between those two passions, and it can turn on us as quickly as the light of lightning turning into the booming vibration of thunder. Hate is nothing other then a distorted love!
What do you see, what do you hear? More importantly, what do you feel, sense, and perceive in the space between what “we” see and hear?

Secrets and Illusions

The only secrets and illusions there are in life, are the ones we co-create together, and there are no secrets in this… Enjoy…

Words

Words are shallow, hollow shells that miss the depth of what we have within us.
Words miss the depth of pictures and “seeing”. I hope we can “see” beyond my words to see the picture I am painting. Look at each word as a brush stroke in the painting, and we will see beyond the words, to “see” these loving intentions of healing.

Seen possibilities

Our “sphere of availability” is always much larger than what is seen. Love the unseen possibilities and assistance in our life, for we are here to help you “see”…

Limitations

“I Am” not interested in what “I can do”, for in that statement I become limited. I am interested in what “we can do”, for that bypasses my limitations through the “infinite interactions of life”…

Togetherness

I feel our existence can be summed up in the hollow shell of these four words,
“Happily Being Alive Together”… Yet how can we become happy together, unless we come together and learn to be happy in togetherness? Working towards togetherness separately, only keeps us separated… Come together to understand togetherness…

Ripples of energy

Every thought, feeling, action/inaction/reaction ripples out into the world and comes back to us, showing us what was caused. Like a bat “seeing” the world in vibrations, we can also “see” the vibrations we cause, and change our tune accordingly…
Learn to love the ripples we send and receive, tuning our vibrations to ripple love throughout “your world and our world”!

Perspective

The inside and the outside are the same side, just different perspectives…
To unite the inner/outer focus of love, love becomes the same side of our interactions together…

Connected to wholeness

“We are” connected, through a web, a tapestry, playing a tune together, dancing together, or any other way you wish to see it…
We interact with existence in more ways then I care to write down. “We are” just one piece of the cosmic puzzle that contains existence and life.
“I Am” separate, splintered, distracted, broken, or “We Are” whole, complete, united, consciously organized non-organization… Which does the universe of you prefer?

So… on to Healing

This is so simple that most choose not to understand this simple complexity. I have had no formal teachers, nor schooling. I am thankful, for with life as my only teacher, I was not imbued with secrets, fluff, and murky waters of understanding. I was not taught through the limitations of the “teachers”, in the way of life, for life allows all ways of life to be explored and discovered, as our past shows… What I have explored and discovered I have explored alone, shared freely, happily, and with inspiring encouragement. It took me, life, and seeking understanding through interactions, to understand the path that I walk in my life, and that was something no one could show me, except life…

Healing is interactive understanding…
Don’t take my words for it, try it…
To hide from understanding, creates apathy to the inner hurts we accumulate in our lives.

Look at each hurt you have taken personally, as a little stone that you pick up and put in your pocket. As we accumulate these stones, we become sluggish, and then sometimes over burdened with our heart turning to stone…

This interactive meditation allows us to shed our stones of hurt, crack open our hearts of stone, and learn to feel aliveness of life, through connecting ourselves to “all that is”.
Walking the web of life, consciously strengthening our connections. It works alone, yet amplifies when doing it with others.

One last thing before I get to it, we can connect to anyone, anything, anyplace, just by thinking of it, yet physical presence amplifies the connection, and touch amplifies it further. Also, to mold the love is to distort and limit it, and ourselves. To send pure, unmolded, unconditional love, it will always fulfill its purpose.



Learning “How” to Heal

Once again I will say, why or what is not important, only the “how”, and following your intuition… I have never done this the same way twice, only starting it the same…

The distractions in your life will try to keep you from allowing yourself to connect, so this part is up to you, “to do” or “not to do”…

Picture the distractions in your life melting off of you, like dirt in a shower…

Every step of the way, honor and respect each connection for joining you on your journey of life. Run through what you love about each connection, for as long as you need, to “feel” it strengthen with love amplifying between you, then move on to the next. Striving to unite the inside and the outside as the same side for what is in the space between you…

The key that makes this, and the only hard part of this, is to lose your consciousness on this journey, or rather “letting go” of anything other then the “love of healing”… if you can manage that, you will find the miracle of existence, and allow it to happen…

On the quest of healing, follow your intuition…

Inside, Sameside, Outside
Earth, Body, love and healing energy, physical existence
Air, intelligence, love and healing energy, cosmic intelligence
Water, soul, love and healing energy, cosmic souls
Fire, spirit, love and healing energy, cosmic spirits
Space, all that is, love and healing energy, all that is

After strengthening “the universe of you”, secure intimate connections to everyone, everything, everyplace you could possibly think of, doing more of the same till you “let go” and feel yourself connect to the healing energy of existence, tingling and pulsing with the energy of life that flows through all things, then focus upon healing yourself and existence… The time it takes to let go, is up to “you to allow”…

See, wasn’t that simple, haha, now “you” have the power of being a healer in existence!

Love the journey, love existence, and love getting connected.
I believe in you, and may we together heal each other and our existence. May “we” make time to allow ourselves to heal. Life is love, or why would you be here? We Love You!

Energy Flows and What We Are Taping Into

Without the “How” to do something, the “What” something is, seems to matter little to people…

Regardless of weither we have experienced “What” I have shared with you so far, I hope “We” will want to understand “What” I am sharing…

So as simply as I can possibly do at this moment, this strives to show great depth in few words. Yet again, you don’t have to believe anything in here, go experience it yourself…

Energy and Consciousness
If you add up the total amount of moments per day spent towards “what you want” through conscious effort, you would realize we truly do get to experience what our efforts work towards. Energy is in constent motion, and consciousness follows that as well.

It flows towards the distractions of life, or constently striving to understand “what” it is doing and “what” it is flowing/moving towards.

Energy + Consciousness = Life and Experience

Test it with this…
Set a destination of life experience, and consciously and happily work towards it every day, and watch the “happy surprises” that flow in, to fill in the details of “how” to get there… Simple…

Energy Flows and Currents

This cosmic soup we call existence, has many layers of energy currents.

The way I have come to understand this, is that the energies have polarities, or rather opposites and duelalities.

I call them on the Grand Scale, Generalizing way, Love and Hate energies, or Light and Dark energies.

Contained within the infinite love, light, and positive energies are facites. Such as; healing energy, happiness, kindness, joy/bliss, goodness, and thriving energies…Ect…

Contained within the limitless limiting hate, dark, and negative energies are anger, envy, pain, death, limits, heartbrokenness, depression, hopelessness, destructiveness, surviving energies…Ect…

What Flows Through You?


“How” to switch to different channels, or change “what” energy we are tapped into…


Think of when you are feeling dark, hate, or negative energies, and a place that you love, a song of joyful satisfaction, a plesent person, or our love for life can pull us out of the darkness, back into the light.

Then think of when you are feeling positive energies, and a negative thought, memory, interaction, reaction, can bump you off the love layers, sinking back into the confusion and darkness.

It is good to have “internal triggers” to change to the channel you intend to “Be” in…




The Fine Art of Co-Creative Existence

Hehehehe, now this Chapter is on “Why” all things are possible… Please choose to see the depths of these hollow words and metaphors, for this discription is the best I can give at this moment on “why we” choose to manifest into physical reality…

Like I have said, don’t take my words for it, experience it if you will. And everyone deserves to understand this, for to understand this is to start our mastery of life experience.

We can build our lives the way we want to, or build our lives the way we are influenced to do. Either way “We Are” the architects of our future. Lead ourselves, or be lead!

“I Am” fragmented, multi-faceted, and limited. Yet “We Are” whole possible, probable, and limitless.

Life is “Our” teacher, and “We Are” the students, so... here we go…


Interactions of Life

We can interact with everything that is. We sense and perceive life, and then interact internally, externally, or both. Only you can bring your possibilities and probabilities to life, yet it takes the inner/outer interactions to bring them to life within us…

We can share our possibilities to build better opportunites, or suffacate them with limits and politics. That is up to us personally to choose, to limit ourselves, or expand ourselves.

And the answer has always been, “Yes, we can do this!” Yet “Why would we want to?”
Well, hehehehe, here we go again…
The Connections of Life

Through my understanding of “How, What, and Why” my energy flows through “all things”, I know my energy breaks the speed of light, so “time, space, and matter” are not important to the existence of energy. Energy “Is, and Will Be” something, somewhere, somehow…

I am sure you have heard of “the spirit that flows through all things” or that “God is found in all creations”. We have everything we need, inside of us…

We are like decapitated beings walking around, and please let me explain this metaphor… this is what I see within us all… the many layers…

Look at our head as our consciousness helper, and our body as our sub-conscious helper, or rather exotic tools of sensitivity to reality. The consciousness does not structure reality, its job is to explore life and gain experience through direction of thoughts, actions, memories, and feelings…

The sub-consciousness does a lot more things, which I shall leave to you to discover, yet it does it’s best to speak to us through our body in many ways. If we listen with our consciousness to “how” our energy feels and flows through our bodies, we will begin to understand our sub-consciousness… (if our consciousness was a dog, our sub-conscious would be the bone we throw, to have our consciousness chase after it, seeking it…)

To learn how they interact, relate, and influence each other, they start to communicate better, and the consciousness will start to understand the sub-conscious, which opens the doorway to our soul…

Our soul is like a stream, and as we follow the stream of our soul, we hit a point where our consciousness can go no further, until, we learn to understand “how” to balance and integrate the relationship of our soul and subconscious with our consciousness. Then we can continue exploring the stream of our soul, which leads to the doorway of our spirit…

Our spirit is like a river, which feeds the stream of our soul. Our spirit is our “guardian” of existence, which contains all that we are, everything we have been, and all that we could be through current use of life energy and co-creation. Our personal akashic records of every soul attached to our spirit…

And then, once again the consciousness can go no further, until we understand the connectedness within ourselves, for our spirit, soul, and sub-consciousness structure our personal reality, and plugs us into the cosmic reality of life…

Then as we continue up the river of our spirit, we come to a vast lake, which sustains, feeds, and connects every river and stream in existence. I will not define what is there, for many have tried, yet people still choose not to get the simplistic understanding of the relationships of ourselves, all that is, and everything that could be…

Words just don’t cut it, experience it for yourself, for anything I can do under my own steam, with no help other then life, you can do as well… and we can co-create the experience together, if we choose to… time is unimportant in this process, it all depends on the distence/resistence we have built up to allowing ourselves to connect to existence and life. It could happen in the blink of an eye, or 25 years of striving, so this part is up to you…

Experience it for yourself, all things are connected, play with your energy!!!


Good Intentions

And that is “why” I have good intentions that benefit “all that is”, as I am a piece of existence, and know that by helping us in life, it will benefit my life, as well as everyone connected to us…

What could be better then that???

I’d really love to know!!!

We are connected, we are possible, and we can do it… so… What do we want to do???

The Miracle of Healing

As our conscious energy focuses upon healing long enough for our sub-conscious to accept the Idea, and amplifies the energy, then long enough for our soul and spirit to accept the request, which amplifies the energy, then out to “all that is”, tapping into the cosmic current of healing, (which is way beyond any of us), then filtering through our spirit, soul, sub-conscious, into our consciousness…

Because reality is co-created, when people fill “the space between us” with connected healing energy over time… wow, a miracle just happened, is all I can say…

As we are, hope this helps, Go Team Existence!!! Start co-creating the miracle cure, “happily being alive together”!!!


The challenge

My only challenge in life, is to keep tuning myself allowing me to keep the space between us, the co-creators of existence, every person, place, thing that “I See”, and fill it with a positive awareness of life. If someone I know, doesn’t smile when “they see” me, then I am not doing my job…

For the wave of blissful love that I ride, when I outpour with kindness, gratitude, and patience, through effort over time, whenever I pull my “cloak of darkness” over my eyes, there are many kind co-creators who help me regain my “cloak of light” to wear…

Existence of Dreams

To Feed “ all that we are” at this moment into existence, through a focus of pure intention, “all that is” wants the best for us, so start wishing, hoping, dreaming, living, being, and doing, the best that we can possibly do, at this moment, so that our next moment can be better. Stop working against ourselves, and learn “how” to co-create beautiful alive realities of wonder and unknown potential…

Ask existence and all that is for permission to build our dreams, then ask for some assistance and/or help in building, then work happily towards them, knowing “it is” your personal truth…

Learn to consciously co-create, since we do it anyway, to build wonderful futures for us all. Help our children see the lights of existence…
