Well I am happy to hear that what was shared here makes sense and I appreciate the candid "Your right on target" messages. I strive for truth, so I would rather someone inform me how far off base I am (With supported solid source evidence) then for someone to blow hot air up my ass. thanks.

So we've established an agreement concerning the US government being of, "Illegitimacy".

We've established the line between this "Illegitimacy" of government and how such a view can re-enable the people to, "Love the country" by way of despising their government.

A side note here should clarify and clearly delineate between the fact that an "Illegitimate" government by default is not a destructive or despot government, nor is it a perfect government for her people, rather, an "Illegitimate" government is Illegitimate by default.

Now, because of several actions taken by this government in the past it is imperative to establish the fact that this government has gotten to the point whereby it is "destructive in its powers towards the people who have derived its powers (Or, the government which has been voted into office has now become destructive to the people who voted that government into power). Listing out evidence in support of this claim we find the following reasons:

1. Government leaders are under the control of a corporate stranglehold, rather then being truly of the people, by the people and for the people. It should read, "Ours is a government of the corporations, by the corporations and for the corporations". This fact in large part may be witnessed by way of the political funding that comes from the corporate world, and how such moneys enable politicians to essentially buy their way into office.

2. The powers that now come with the position of being president supersedes the powers of congress and the powers of the people. In order for the presidential powers to be at a level above congress and be able to over-ride the people of the nation a VERY dirty method to such ends was utilized. How was this accomplished? Many of the bills, laws and legislature that now enable the office of the president to be above the congress and the people came into existence by way of utilizing the nations security systems. In order for the office of the president (Bush did much of this) to place himself into a position above all, the bridge to making this happen was executed within the confines of our nations systems of secrecy. You see, if our nation is at war, and we need a new "Clandestine" method of interrogation, then in order to keep our nation secure such new methods of interrogation and security are developed within the levels of government whereby they are locked down in secrecy. So, if I am president, and we are at war, and I fear that within our nation there may be several enemy agents working on bringing down our nation, then without a peoples vote, and without making public such changes, I can establish a wiretapping law in secrecy (To protect our homeland). As president I am executing these changes so that our agencies can find those enemy agents that are physically working within the realm of our nation. The problem here becomes a massive abuse of powers upon the people, and the ability to make constitutional/declaratory change without the people knowing until its too late, and what's more sickening to a military person of this nation is the fact that the very system of secrecy that was made to protect us, was used against us.

While we could list more solid evidence based reasons for which our government has become destructive and despot I think you get the picture. I would challenge you to add to this list, keeping each reason as simple and clear as possible.

With the evidence that our government has become destructive and despot to itself and her people established, now we must turn to the U.S. Declaration of Independence, whereby within the Declaration of Independence the following is stated:

"Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed (THAT IS US PEOPLE!!!), that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

The Declaration goes on, "Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation's, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security."

Again, we previously established that, this government has become destructive to itself and to us, but what's more is that it has become destructive to the world. It is a Despot Government. The next step would be to list out how we arrived at "absolute Despotism". I must ask all of you who have read this letter to begin making this list, keeping the list simple, clear and on point.

So, we have arrived at a place whereby the people are cornered. I mean truly, what can "LITTLE" ole you or me do about this? Do we simply just cross our fingers and hope that the military will execute a bloodless coup by marching into the Oval Office, the Executive Office Building, the Pentagon, the State Department and the Department of Justice and removing an Obama administration when Bush, Cheney, Rumsfeld, Rice and Gonzales are likely most guilty of such acts? I doubt that would work since today's "so called" patriots, unlike those who risked it ALL in 1776 in order to declare our independence from Britain, CANNOT AND WILL NOT risk their careers, let alone their lives. Especially so following the economic crisis!!! And the saddest part of all this is that those "So Called" Patriots of today are enslaved by the corporate criminal system that married with the office of the president so that they could circumvent the Declaration and Constitution in order so they could execute atrocities and be 110% safe in doing so. If this doesn't piss you off, I would venture to question your American fortitude, question your value of free-will and privacy, and even consider kicking you the fuck out of this great nation. Even so, if this describes you, then help assist this cause by answering to this next requirement.:

THE MOST IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT OF THE PEOPLE NOW BECOMES THE ACT OF SINGLING OUT THE SAFEGUARDS AND THE PROCESSES THAT EXIST WITHIN THE US DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND THE US CONSTITUTION WHICH WILL ENABLE THE PEOPLE THE ABILITY TO ABOLISH THIS DESTRUCTIVE AND DESPOT GOVERNMENT, FOLLOWED BY THE REMAKING OF OUR GOVERNMENT SO TO SECURE A GOVERNMENT BY, OF AND FOR THE PEOPLE WHEREBY THE SAFETY AND HAPPINESS OF THE PEOPLE ARE RE-SECURED AND RESTORED.

I mean come on people!!!! Didn't we arrive at "absolute Despotism and a Destructive Government" with the Bush administration? Do you not see how worthless our Congress is? It is a Congress that has abdicated its constitutional duty to be a check on the executive and it has reduced itself to nothing more than two worthless houses playing puppetry under a Criminal Corporate Power. Congress is nothing more than expensive show now, attaining such Hollywood status when we allowed its powers to be handed over to the Despot Bush clan.

PEOPLE, COME ON PEOPLE! HOW MUCH MORE ABUSE ARE WE GOING TO ALLOW?

YOU MUST realize that at the end of this current road lies the total enslavement of you, your entire life, the lives of your children and the lives of their children!!! And likely for ever more or until humanity becomes extinct! In such a future unless you are of .001% bloodline, you will be a slave in service and work which caters to a New World Order Utopia servicing the elitists who initiated this war in the first place. I MUST ask you, how many PEOPLE MUST disappear into Despot and Destructive governmental gulags without the need for athe leadership to disclose? How many people are being wrongfully accused, then get ZERO representation, and THE ACCUSED NEVER EVEN GET A TRIAL LET ALONE FAIR TRIAL????!??!!? How many more of OUR fellow brothers and sisters in arms will we allow to be killed under such despicable terms?!?!?!? How many more of OUR fellow brothers and sisters in arms will we KNOWINGLY sit back and watch as they are turned into war criminal torturers and murderers before we DO SOMETHING?

With this said, I MUST challenge each and every one of you who reside within The United States of America to FIND YOUR SPINES!!! IT IS TIME FOR US ALL TO FIND OUR SPINES AND SAY, "ENOUGH DAMN IT!"

I have laid out within this writing exactly what has happened and what MUST happen in order to restore our very security and happiness. I left a couple spaces open for interpretation and creativity, but what is needed and what MUST COME FROM US, is clearly outlined in this one page writing.

There is nothing more than I can do then to ask you to forward on this very important message to EVERYONE. Forward this message on to all your contacts even if you think some may be unhelpful. If we do this together, then certain leaders and specialists, in certain industries, shall begin to form up in strategy for what MUST BE EXECUTED.
