I had my first UFO sighting a last week. By that I mean unidentified flying object - not necessarily a craft from an ET culture. In the early morning, I was throwing a ball with a "chuckit" for my dog on my property and in the act of throwing looked straight up into the sky because the ball's trajectory had taken my eye there. What I saw at a very high elevation was a silvery craft surrounded by a cloud looking veil. The craft was not completely within the veil but off the edge hence my ability to see it. The craft was just a silvery blob and to far to be distinct. The wispy veil and craft would have occupied the space of a dime held at arm's length. The cloudy was slightly spiral shaped but ragged at the edges.
The sky was otherwise absolutely clear. Because I did not have my glasses on I rushed into the kitchen and grabbed the binoculars for a better look. My glasses were sitting at the back of the house somewhere, and I did not want to waste precious time hunting for them. The binoculars were hanging on their ususal hook in the kitchen. I could not have been gone more than 7 seconds. I later timed it. When I rememerged from the house the craft and the cloud were completely gone. if this was one of "ours," we have some rather impressive technology at our disposal.
