WHO warns swine flu ‘unstoppable’

**LOL, they contradict themselves, first they say it is unstoppable, then in the same article they say that most people only get a mild symptom of the "swine flu". They just want to confuse and scare the hell out of the people, then they will be running around like chickens with their heads chopped off fearful of everything, afeared of the Boogey Man out to get them..**

The UN’s top health official has opened a forum in Mexico on combating swine flu by saying that the spread of the virus worldwide is now unstoppable.
World Health Organization head Margaret Chan added that the holding of the meeting in Cancun showed confidence in Mexico, which has been hard hit.
The WHO says most H1N1 cases are mild, with many people recovering unaided.
As the summit opened, the UK alone was projecting more than 100,000 new cases of H1N1 a day by the end of the summer.
As the peak of the flu season approaches in South America, some areas have declared a public health emergency.

Re: WHO warns swine flu ‘unstoppable’
Fri, July 3, 2009 - 9:10 PMHow can it be that a "pandemic" swine flu has less effect on people than ordinary seasonal flu strains?
Easy. Just get WHO to redefine the term "pandemic."

Now why would a government-sponsored "health" organization want to scare people, hmmm? Surely not because scared people demand more government "protection" -- do you think? -

And so, it begins?
The United Nations’ top health official says the worldwide spread of swine flu is now unstoppable.
Leaders and experts from across the world gathered in Cancun to see what lessons could be learnt so far, but the advice is still the same.
The best way to avoid catching the virus is simple - wash your hands and avoid coughing and sneezing in public.
The World Health Organisation also promised that poor countries in the Americas would receive enough vaccine to fight the swine flu outbreak.
They got nothing. The swine flu virus, which we used to be told was a mix of Human, Bird and Pig influenza viruses, is already mutating. This is a living entity that can produce three generations inside one minute. Will it spread through our pets as well? They don’t know. Will it kill more children than elderly people? They don’t know. If you get it this season, will you be immune next season? They don’t know.
This virus is smarter than us. More highly evolved. It can already beat Tamiflu, and other anti-virals. We don’t have a big arsenal to defend ourselves from constantly mutating influenza viruses, we mostly try and deal with the results.
Hastily created vaccines do not seem likely to be the miracle cure. There probably won’t be one.
The talk of such vaccines being effective before testing even begins seems mostly to placate the public, and to market the brand.
The World Health Organisation, and most large nations, have their Level 6 : Pandemic operations already underway.
A worst case scenario, where nothing can be done and the virus is mostly left to do whatever it will do to humanity, killing many times the number of people who annually die from influenza, certainly sounds like what our state and federal governments are preparing for.
In the briefings where media isn’t present, is the World Health Organisation talking a two year, three pandemic wave, scenario an with expected death toll of 10 million? Or 100 million?
The higher death tolls are expected to come during the second wave of pandemic influenza, when it is stronger, more evolved, more lethal and well traveled. Next year.

Re: WHO warns swine flu ‘unstoppable’
Mon, July 6, 2009 - 1:36 PMThe symptoms of swine flu are broadly the same as those of ordinary flu, but may be more severe and cause more serious complications.
The typical symptoms are:
sudden fever, and
sudden cough.
Other symptoms may include:
headache,
tiredness,
chills,
aching muscles,
limb or joint pain,
diarrhoea or stomach upset,
sore throat,
runny nose,
sneezing, and
loss of appetite.
Most people who have contracted swine flu recover within a week and do not suffer complications, even without being given antiviral medication.
However, experts point out that as this is a new virus, its behaviour cannot be predicted with certainty.
Swine flu is different from seasonal flu in that most serious illnesses have been in younger age groups, as happened in all three 20th-century influenza pandemics. .............

Re: WHO warns swine flu ‘unstoppable’
Mon, July 6, 2009 - 1:38 PMSymptoms of flu
Flu is an infectious disease of the upper air passages (known as the upper respiratory tract).
The symptoms are:
fever that comes on quickly (38-40C; 100-104F),
sweating and feeling feverish,
general muscle aches and pains,
a feeling of general tiredness,
dry, chesty cough,
sneezing,
running or blocked nose, and
difficulty sleeping.
Babies and small children with flu can also have the following symptoms:
lethargy (drowsy, unresponsive, limp or floppy), and
poor feeding.
The symptoms can also include nausea, vomiting, and diarrhoea, especially in children.
Many of the symptoms of flu are similar to those of the common cold, and many people incorrectly refer to a heavy cold as flu. Viruses cause them both, but flu affects the lungs much more that a cold does. Also flu doesn't usually give you the same congested heavy headed feeling that a cold does.

lol, I can attest to that, i caught it by swimming in a public hotel pool in phoenix, i accidentally ingested the water in there. it was at night so i didn't see how dirty it was before i jumped in. to get better all i did was drink lots of vitamin C, rest, and take strong doses of Garlic Tonic that we make. No "Vaccine" needed. but yes, this type of flu is different from the average one we are used to, this one is abit more stubborn and is alittle "smarter" than your average flu, so if you give it a chance it can adapt and move into other parts of your body, but there really is no need to worry about it, look at me and many others, we are living testaments to this fact.
anyways, as i said, this "flu" was very different from any i have ever encountered, as if it had its own "intelligence", so this strain as being genetically engineered is a definitive possibility. -

Re: WHO warns swine flu ‘unstoppable’
Mon, July 6, 2009 - 1:59 PMalso, another symptom that isn't included is infection in the eyes, your eyes go very red from the infection, you could call it "pink eye" infection, because that is what it looks like.
