Yes, destructive thinking has led to a lot of hurtful things. Since it this is a relative world, there can always be balancing factors. The river of life is unstoppable. Even if we go backwards for a while, we are still being pushed forward.

I have gained much awareness from people over the years. One thing I have become aware of is that my lifestyle, common as it may be, is not the healthiest thing for the Earth, for me or my children. Yet it is good for me to pursue life as best I know how and life still blesses me with all that I need, down to my very smallest wishes, and that really inspires my heart to wonder how good life really is.

When I first encountered the subject of chemtrails, I met a journalist named, Wil Thomas. He is a very nice man. He advised any kind of diet that boosts the immune system. I have since met a very wise doctor who is working in the research field of higher human potential and he advises the same thing - eat to boost the immune system.

So it seems the common element in our lives is that our challenge is to boost our immune systems. That is something we can do that can help a lot.

I find it interesting that the immune system is around the heart-lung region. Exploring our personal sense of truth and happiness is natural, I think, to expanding our breath and our happiness.

As humans, we have and do produce a lot of poisonous waste by our day to day living in general, I think. There seems to be a tendency to explore more efficient uses of energy (such as implosion technology) that draws in energy naturally from the space of happiness, just like water does when it is running down a mountain and being moved into vortex spirals. Victor Schauberger did some really inspired work here. And his work has been used by engineers in Arizona to make a truly wonderful water filtration device that produces structured water. Now that is good for our health.

So I think nature will support our desire to open our hearts (which is the greatest immune defense, biologically, as well) and that the challenges we face can serve to help and inspire everyone to remember this splendid dream of life and happiness that has never disappeared.

I definitely don't support destructive thinking. But I also believe that we are being supported by nature to change our ways in a gradual manner. Happiness for all is inevitable. There is a reason, after all, why the Dalai Lama is smiling, yes?
