Ok, that was a total blast!! And to think, my Thursday evenings are usually filled w/ happy hour antics!
So here are my questions:
1. what are the things on the end of the staff called?
2. where do i get them, or do i even need them at this point?
3. was that a beer koozy at the end protecting the ends?
4. i gather we are suppose to be able to execute the moves w/ both hands, not just our dominate one?

Yes it's a beer cozy, available at wal-mart for a buck
4 the moves we've learned so far should be unconscious in either hand.
