I loved this episode.
I loved watching Cartman falling back, simpering and helpless, just lying there, his eyes kinda wobbly. I want to try that on other people!
I loved watching the Super-Nanny eating her own feces (although I expected her to slam herself against the glass in a bloody smear).
I also loved the callback to Altered States. That was freakin' brilliant.
ManBearPig seemed pretty weak, and I'm glad this episode followed it.
