HI folks,
I'm going traveling to Turkey/Egypt/Europe on the Nectar temple tour and I want to get new stilts made for traveling. Does anyone have any info advice on what kind of stilts would be best. I've been on wooden peg stilts for years now (made my Tom Sepe) and was thinkin to try out steel ones for the lighter traveling. What's the argument against steel stilts? Does anyone know a good design? I have a blacksmith in SF who can make them for me. Any good tips or advice?

Sun, February 18, 2007 - 9:37 AMi prefer the wood or wood and fiberglass ones but it depends on your height i have 5 footers but if they are short there isnt much difference, i just like more bounce with the wood ones, i know people like the metal design that you can change the posts to what ever height you want so that is an option if you want to have different heights when you travel well if you need designs hit me up i have a few friends and a brother that make them, have a great trip=)
