&lt;br/&gt;Nyota was the Founding member, Co-owner and Dance Instructor of the Sanson-Nayo Dance Spot located on West 46th Street in New York City's theatre district. She has appeared in several videos featuring artists such as Zhane, Arrested Development, Ronnie Bird and in concert with Aretha Franklin, Wyclef Jean, Tito Puente and Farell, and has appeared in television industrials for GQ Man of the Year Awards, "Stuff Magazine" and The Latin Grammys. She was the Dance Coordinator for the Afro-Brazilian Samba segment of the East Indian Movie "The Homecoming", and presently performs Samba-Jazz and Afro-Brazilian Dance with well known musical/dance ensembles: Brazooka, The Sarava Dance Troupe, Samba Novo, Cirque du Ibiza and Sao Brazil. In addition to her many dance forms, she is also a Middle Eastern Dancer and troupe member of the Belly Dance ensemble, Nubian Moon Daughters: Nile Temple Dancers. Additionally, Nyota free lances with numerous other New York City ethnic and contemporary dance groups for Theatre, Cabaret and private events in New York City, the United States and internationally.&lt;/div&gt;

&lt;br/&gt;Arianna Halima al Tiye' is of East Afrikan descent and hails from New York City. She began her studies in Afrikan Dance over 30 years ago, when she began studying with her mother, a former dancer, choreographer and award-wining painter. Later, Arianna became a member of the student body of dancers at Ballet Hispanco and The Alvin Ailey School of Dance. In addition to studying dance in the United States, she has researched, performed and studied dance internationally for over 10 years in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Orient, and in the Mediterranean. She is considered a leading performer and authority in her field of dance, and conducts workshops throughout the United States. Some of her dance performance credits include: "The African Diaspora and World Conference", 2003-04 Olympics in Greece - World Music Institute, Viva Brazil - Girls from Ipanema, "Fusion": Tribute concert to Carlos Santana, Essence Awards,"In Search of A Goddess": Inspirations of the Divine Enchantress Ruth St.. Denis - Off Broadway Production.&lt;/div&gt;
