What are your approaches to dealing with the allergy season. Hay fever and the pollen reaction etc.
I have hepa filters in my apt. and i keep them all on high for like 2 or 3 months until it's gone, and i stay indoors.
i don't do shots and i hate taking meds unless it's necessary.
my allergies are EXTREME!
I've figured out a way of avoiding having to deal with finding a cure or treatment by just avoiding the allergens. this time of year is the hardest because you can't just avoid the air. i mean, you gotta breath right!?!!!?
