what is a good price for land right now?

I've got a 512 I'd like to sell. What's a good price? I have no idea.

    The average price of land right now is around L$6.0 - 6.2 per acre. So for a 512 sqm parcel you're looking at L$3000-L$3500 range.
    You can always search for other land in the same size range, or if there is other land for sale around your parcel you can see what it is going for just by doing a bit of math. Take their selling price and divide by the number of acres.
