  i think it might. my venus is in the end of the 5th house but interpreted in the 6th so i am a pisces aries
  venusian at least to my knoweledge ,ive posted on certain tribes askin for help but never got a response. so i look up alot of stuff online..i would say from my knoweledge yes you do.
  but someone could correct me.

    For me, I usually think of the begning of a sign as being 'cuspy' and the end of a sign being more 'aged' or 'mature'. I kind of see it being similar to the summer vacation from school. You've finished the grade before you but you haven't started the new grade so what grade are you in? 27-29 degrees of a sign is usually the final phase of the sign where as 0-3 degress is the new fresh energy of that sign that is heavily influenced by the previous sign. That's my vision on it at least :)

  tropical astrology - it is there where it is
  sidereal astrology - it is not there
  IAU - it is either in Pegasus or Cetus
  
  it depends, btw the mooon of someone i know is 2 pisces tropical sadalmelek fomalhaut

    In the real sky my venus is right on the line of aquarius and pisces.

  I would consider 2 degrees to still be cuspy. Like pisces with aquarius flavor added.
