  I have to agree with that and I'm 38.
  
  I use text messaging, instant messaging, and social networks for communications with my 'peers'... but i can't get my parents to use any of those mediums.
  
  I even use those three with clients and other people I do business with - but of course, not all of my clients are comfy even using e-mail much less using SMS, IM, or SN's.
  
  Hahaha. ok - i made that last acronym / abbreviation up.
