Hello all :) I'm new to this tribe and am pretty sure that you're all feeling what I feel. I just want to make sure that I'm not alone here and maybe some of you have figured it out.
As I'm getting ready to settle down for the night I get anxious and panicky and my thoughts just go on fast forward it seems. Whirlwinds of terrors, guilts, "Fuck I forgot to do that...., "What's wrong with me" type things and I know that it's coming so it's just getting worse.
I've taken lavender baths, tried melatonin, wine, Kave Kava, Valerian Root, St. John's Wort.
I'm losing focus during the day now, any suggestions?
