Greetings Everyone!
I just had a sleep study that revealed that I have Alpha Inrusions in my brain waves throughout the night and that is why I feel EXTREMELY FATIGUED all day. Unfortunately, they said that there is nothing that they could do about it. Something MUST be done because I am to the point of complete nonfunction. COMPLETE. Does anyone out there know anything about this or how to help fight the debilatating fatique? Thanks!

As a natural function of spending time in hypnosis, people become well-acquainted with the correct transitions into and through the Alpha state into the deeper sleep states, including returning to the dream states throughout the night before deepening again.
Might I recommend that you find a qualified hypnotherapist in your area who can help you with this simple yet powerfully effective process?
If you need further help, or if you would prefer to do this in the comfort of your own home using a hypnosis sleep CD, it would be my pleasure to offer you any assistance that I can. Everyone deserves the beauty of a full night's sleep and a rest-filled and energized day. I hope yours arrives very soon.
Much peace,
Brennan (Soulchump) Smith
