So I am starting up at the UC this fall, and am wondering when is the best time to be looking for housing in Berkeley?

Wed, April 23, 2008 - 8:42 PMI guess what I mean is, do I have to try and rent now... or could I wait till mid July and still find a decent place? I know, it is all a matter of luck, naturally. But is there a BEST time to be renting? (beginning, mid, or end of summer.)
