In that thread, though, near the end of it, we discussed having the meet and greet on June 6th, since no one showed up at the last one which had very little notice. Thursday wasn't a good day for me, personally.

Since those who did respond said they didn't have enough notice with the thread being there less than a week before the date I thought it made sense to leave the thread going, because those of us who remember discussing it could at least look for the thread to remember which day was selected and where we decided to meet. But because the thread's been deleted it looks to any of us interested that the meet and greet has been called off.

I'm glad I didn't go out of my way to ask for the evening off of work. It just so happens I still have the day free, in case anyone actually wants to do this.
