Can't believe it

topic posted Fri, March 16, 2007 - 3:21 PM by  Andy
I really can't believe this. Can you believe that Dumbass and his buddies are claiming to have "Hazy Recollections" about trying to set up more of their puppets in the US Attorneys office? (Hmmmm........."I don't recall" worked well for Ronnie so they figure that it will work for them too.) Yes the truth will come out. But of course you dipshit neocons will never listen. You don't use the brain or imagination that God gave you. Bush is the worst thing to happen to this country in over a 100 years.

The response du jour of the republican pundits, is that janet reno, and clinton totally fired 93 ( ninety three) us attorneys serving at the behest of Bush 1 .
They claim some of the chaps were after the Clintons about some bad dealings in Arkanssas, white water, etc. But they do regocnize that President Clinon was allowed to make those choices.
They now refute the scrutiny of some of Bushes "shufleing " of US attorneys. which is happening on the scale of 1/10 th the scale that Clinton reorganized the justice system.
so Bush/ Gonzales fires about 10 folks, and thats horrible, but clinton fires 93, and thats forgettable?
there all corupt pretty much. I think perhaps the demcrats will build a bettter party if they hold their people to higher standards, rather than trying to harp on the republicans faults.
This goes true for the republicans. X2

My rage is due to the way that King Dumbass and his buddies view the American people as beneath them. His administration is set up as an oligarchy. I agree that Dems are full of shit too. (I am pretty much a libertarian philosophically) If we ask for the info then they should give it. I understand that some things should be secure but anyone who has remotely paid attention knows that he is just using it as an excuse to hide the mistakes that he has made as well as some of the underhanded things. And yes I agree that the Clintons are scary. Unfortunately a Libertarian point of view would require that people stop thinking so much about themselves. This won't happen, instead they will gripe about how they worked for it and those others don't deserve it. Well maybe some of the welfare recipients don't deserve it but ALL kids deserve it. How much money does a person really need? Socialism may not work but capitalism is not working in it's present state either. We need education and healthcare to be priority number one. There is enough money in this country to do it but greed and ignorance are in the way. Think of it pragmatically. We are wasting out greatest asset. Our people.

And just so you know the person that this is coming from. I have a degree in History (focus on business history). I am very involved in my church (methodist) and I left the software industry and am going to be paid alot less to teach.

      Peace.

My brother in law is the dean of a history dept at a large university, his speciality is colonial american history. The events that occur nowadays are similar to other events in our national past, especially the distrust of centralized government.
King dumbass will be gone soon, and, well begin a brand new error.
I genrally feel i have to decribe myself as a libertarian also,as the relgeous overtones of the GOP alienate me, as i am more "Pagan" than christian, and that threatens them somehow.
