i've been looking for recipes for the pulp left over from juicing and haven't had much luck beyond carrot bread/muffins; so, i made up my own!
any combination of veggies chosen to juice will work, but this is what i juiced:
3 carrots
1 beetroot
4 stalks celery
2 tomatoes
big chunk of ginger
bunch of cilantro
add to pulp (approximate measurements):
1/2 cup ground flax seed
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp braggs amino acid
1 egg + 1 egg white
season to taste
heat 1/2 cup olive oil with some finely chopped garlic in deep skillet, form mixtures into balls & fry until golden brown.
super yummy, full of fiber, & all around good for you!
