Can you consume too much parsley juice?

    I've heard about this from another source, but can't remember. where. Supposedly both parsley and beet stems and leaves contain a lot of oxalic acid, which I think inhibits the absorbtion of some good vitamens and minerals. But I would find out the latest research or threads about this to find out more. Also, see how it affects you. I feel free to use these, but kind of sparingly and not on a daily basis...just in case...
