Has anyone made straight tomato juice? For the first time I made about a half gallon the other day and ended up freezing it because the taste was way too strong. If Samuel L. Jackson tasted it he would have declared it as some repugnant-assed shit. So anyways I froze it to use later as tomato soup base. Has anyone had this happen with juicing tomatoes or did I get a bad lot of them?

Sat, October 10, 2009 - 8:38 AMHmm, I would try cutting it with a lot of lemon juice. I've added tomatos with other veggies in my juice, but sometimes the seed/pulp gets a bit of a mess. You can always dilute it with filtered water and add a little bit of sea salt :)
