bullshit.
I always get called on for being "negative" or ranting..... And the great majority of the time it's a response to somethingof mine that is quite even-handed or distinctively appreciative and positive.
It's only the wanting of _more_ and the demand for what should be basic decencies and for the sublimities; it's the love of life that midwifes such outrage. I'm not a wrecking ball, I'm a pillar. I'll leave the niceties to the folks who don't feel the urgency.

It hurts when folks we admire because they're original and outsiders (or at least marketed that way) charge so much for their live concerts that we can't even go see them. I love Tom Waits, but I couldn't afford admission like that even if I saved up for weeks.
