For serious, yo. Dude broke into the neighbor's pad, locked the door, and when the police came he was all (from behind the door) "ZOMFG A CAT IS STUCK IN THE BASEMENT!!!1!11!!" Breaking into your neighbor's pad and ripping the wall down will always seem kinda nutty even if you have an excellent reason for it.

But I have not resorted to any crimes, and my neighbors have not called the folks from the state mental hospital because they are already used to my odd behaivor. -
