An open letter in two parts:
1) Two years is long enough. How is it possible that I haven't met more of you by now? I've quit drinking, learned how to brush my teeth, and was recently de-loused. Your excuses are gone. I'm Gus. Nice to meet y'all.
2) I have a Kreonite color darkroom processor that I've been agonizing over for two years now. I built a room especially for it, but when push comes to shove, I just don't do enough color printing to warrant spending the time to set up the beast. Would anyone else be well served by an in-building color darkroom? Should I donate it to a school somewhere?
With all regards,
Gus

Re: Greetings from the frontside
Sat, September 29, 2007 - 1:45 PMDunno...I've been here for 8 years. I've quit drinking, am now trying to floss once a day, and those nasty sores have finally cleared up. Hey there, and I'm John. My wife Kenna and I are in #20. Drop by if you'd like and have some coffee.
Darkroom...well whatever you do, be sure you donate it to a school that wouldn't be able to afford the gear otherwise. Berkeley High School would be a good candidate.

we've met passing in the hallway and /or parking lot
i'm in 26, all the way in the far corner. i live here with m and arlette and our kitties bruce and ninjai. we run a small clothing business out of our unit.
I'm currently on a purge-fest and I'm trying to get rid of a lot of my accumulated clutter. it's just so easy to collect things from the free pile. damn, if I had a nickel for every "project" I have, i might actually be able to pay rent with it all. :)

Come to our movie night sometime. Or let us know if there's something fun happening on your side of the 4001, unless if it is the kind of fun you want to keep it to yourself.
