need help moving to Marin

I am trying to move to Marin County.. preferably Mill Valley, near my 11yr old daughter. I live in Santa Cruz CA now.. and dont drive. I do have transportation and storage set up for my move up there, but I am looking for a couch or room to sleep in temporarilly... while I search for a more permanent place to live up there.

Any ideas or help would be appriciated.
