To whom it may concern,

I would like to respectfully resign as executive producer of the 3rd annual Llama Family Reunion. I mean no disrespect for Avvy's wishes but cannot facilitate an event without a budget. It is my desire to provide a safe environment for all guest in attendance. Without money to provide essential Medical Staff, Porta Potties, Security, among several other things, I feel it is not in my best interest to continue this effort. It is also my feeling that beyond budget issues it is also impossible for me to overcome the difficulties in communication and cooperation that my team has encountered in dealing with those who feel they have vested interest in the project.
The Llama Family Reunion is still slated to continue and will benefit greatly from the love and support your community will show it.

My apologies to anyone who this may inconvenience.
