OK...I'll be the first...I love getting a lot of warm water squirted up my butt..not fo r punishment or health...but since I like a lot of anal play in group settings, I like to be empty and clean inside. I also like enemas in group settings..I hate just talking about it if I can't actually do it with other people, and being straight, (mostly) I like to do enemas in a mixed group.
