I am Gay but not Gay..never fit in to the Gay scene, bars, hate the music, hate the lots of stuff...When I was young and stupid..I knew I was gay but believed I would meet someone special, get married and live anormal life...didn't happen. Everyone seemed to haave a different agenda and taste in music ect. I was raised on Rock and punck and can even like some country ..some...but primarily I was never a disco techno rapp type of person...even though I went to college I never was a snob not even when I taught college...still never met Mr. Right and eventually gave up..all my friends were straight. So here I am now in my 40's and alone wishing for friends Gay males who are not gay so to speak but I have almost given up on finding true love and settling down..this depresses me to no end...I mean I don't have o have verything in common with a person...just love I would love to even have a tribe person to talk to as a friend. Since my resume and facts about me are on another tribe name I had to start a new tribe account to meet gay men so that those on tribe with prejudice or possible people which might effect me getting a job might see me there on tribe..I am here and happy to have found this tribe especially.
I am currently in Stockholm Sweden and return to the states in Northern Indiana where I will stay with a straight friend and look for work..get a job and live the sad pathetic lonely life of a gay but not gay man..still hoping and praying there is someone out there for me.
If I make friends here..I will gladly share my e-mail personal life and whatever is required to form friendships and maybe find love.
Thank you for this tribe.

Tue, March 18, 2008 - 11:08 AMabout me...well this has been my life. The art world is primarily straight as is academia...chose the wrong career? I am sure if I ever meet Mr. Right I will be successfull and content...working alone through the years without a partner has been hard...just think what a person could do if they had a life partner:
