My husband plays every chance he gets, he is a nurse and works third shift, he works 3 twelve hour shifts a week and so then he has four days off, the man can get up at 3pm in the afternoon and play until 6am the next morning. He is neglecting his children and his "guild" is full of people who don't even work, and now one of his friends who is a women who lives several states away he believes they are in love, they play the game together and talk on the phone. He describes her as having a bad back and in pain, she falls all the time and has been having MRI's, she is divorced, does not currently work and has a twelve year old daughter that lives with her grandparents (great mother playing a game and not taking care of her daughter) what a great women, what do I do? why can't he not see it is all an illusion of the game it is great they can level up their toons and fight big bad monster, how does that equate to a relationship. He has a wife that is educated, has a great job, he has two wonderful children, nice house, good job, should he give it all up for a chance of some wonderful life on World of Warcraft, but he will tell you he is not addicted and he does not have a mental problem he just needs something and he believes he has found it over a computer game with someone he has never meet. This game is evil and is destroying lives.

Hello, Just wanted to give people a warning about meeting people on line and through a fantasy game, I posted early about my husband playing the game too much and getting to know a lady and thinking he was having feeling for her. Well here is the rest of the story turns out this women named CARLA (I would put the last name but am afraid that might stir up to much trouble) who was telling my husband that she loved him and gave him her phone number and they started calling each other and she was oh so lonely and really was falling in love with my husband and needed him so badly but did not want to destroy his family but she had such true feeling for him and he as most men do was thinking (not with his head) well could the grass be greener and she really needs me (make me puck) Turns out CARLA is married, and she had told my husband she had one daughter and her ex-husband was abusive(turns out she does have an ex and she was the abusive one and she has three daughters that she abandoned (her ex keeps trying to get her involved in their lives but she won't) well like stated she is currently married and is currently engaged to another man in another state as well as having about 5 other guys like she had my husband on the hook and she actually got one of them to send her money and the fiancee she had been traveling to see for over a year while she is still married mind you she accepted his $3000.00 engagement ring and started planning their wedding and honeymoon, until he found out about the husband. SO HERE IS YOUR WARNING TO ALL WOMEN OUT THEIR IF YOU MAN IS PLAYING THE GAME AND STARTS TALKING ABOUT CARLA WATCH OUT BECAUSE SHE IS ON THE PROWL ,
