Hi Suzan......I suppose you could say that...yes. Now, not getting along with your mom? I'm not sure about that one. I have natal Uranus just in Libra and I get along with mine. Actually she's a real easy going, great person...well except when someone messes with her family...Aries with Scorpio moon...lol

Back to the Uranus 4th...Yes, I would say that creating new traditions would be one, as well as perhaps having a different home lifestyle than most people. Coming from a homelife where things may have been more unusual to some people? Such as myself, my parents were hippies and they brought me to countless concerts (Janis Joplin, Hendrix, Joe Cocker, Zeppelin, ect). When my parents settled into suberbia both my parents had long hair. None of my firends had dad's with long hair. We had people stay with us alot growing up(huge family) when they had nowhere else to go. Exposed to festivals, parades, cultures that many of my friends never were. That's one way I look at Uranus in the 4th.
Possibly another aspect to Uranus or something in the 10th house, because that also relates to the mom.
