By George i think you got it!!!!!!,I have definitely broke the norms of my family tradition,from being spirtual/metaphysical and not blind faith religious,to eating a vegetarian when my family are major carnivors,to not watching TV and geting caught up in media which is also a family tradition,they think I'm strange and odd to be so different but now that you have said what you have said about my Uranus being conjunct my IC it has hits the bullseye,I have always read the uranus in the 3rd house descriptions which are pretty accurate too but it seems as though because uranus is on the cusp of both the 3rd and 4th i should have been looking at the uranus in forth interpretations as well.Thanks a million Q's for your spot on succinct reply.

My Uranus is in the 4th, Leo. It is opposite my Venus & Chiron, which are in Aquarius; Aquarius is also my midheaven. I am the only one in 3 generations (and possibly more, by the looks of it) to leave the Ancestral SoCal homeland. I got along not at all well with my Family of Origin. (My sister & I are good friends, now .....) My homelife now is isolated, physically (we live in the country, 15 miles from the closest Town of Any Significance) and socially (I go out & about doing things, seeing friends, traveling on business, while my husband hardly ever leaves [he's disabled but still ambulatory]). Until I met my Husband, I considered Home to be a place to eat & sleep until the next meeting, party, barcrawl, whatever. He got me into an actual Home Life. He is the Interior Designer, for the most part. (Does it surprise you that he's a Cancer?) He is the Lover of Houseplants, frets over them. I am pretty much the opposite. Would any of you Astrological Scholars like to comment? His 4th house is Cancer, and his Sun & Mercury are there. Thanks!
