Jubal
Wed, January 21, 2004 - 5:56 AMWhew, Tom! Tough question! (heh!) There are sooooooooo many choices.
I'd have to pick Jubal Harshaw, because (as another character in _Stranger_ says, he groks without speaking Martian. He is wise, gentle, crusty, clever, passionate, calm. He is a natural teacher. He is supremely comfortable with who he is.
I like that.

Wed, January 21, 2004 - 1:42 PMIt's hard to say who my favorite is (well, other than the obvious, Pixel!)... hmm, I really like Friday. She's gutsy but doesn't think so, she's loyal, she's beautiful...

Wed, December 5, 2007 - 12:50 AMHi there
Hmm...either Lazarus Long or Andrew Jackson 'Slipstick' Libby
Lazarus because the first Heinlein book I read was Time Enough For Love,
plus he's just awesome
and Slipstick Libby is a genius
