Just spent new year's eve in a yurt! I was wishing that it would rain, but it didn't. But it was cold enough. Luckily we had electricity for lights, a heater and even electric blankets. Once we warmed it up in there, we were nice and cozy.

We were in the Santa Cruz Mts. at www.lupinlodge.org a beautiful retreat where you can get away from "it all". Yurts, cabins and in the summer, teepees for rent.
