Shockwave/Flash puzzle question

Hey all y'all~

I've made several images into simple puzzles, but they have been fairly simple and fixed in one location. Quite a while ago, I found this puzzle on Poe's site:

realpoe.com/games/games.html

And I really like the way you can move the assembled pieces around, but I've not found any tutorials or any info about how to reproduce this type of puzzle.

Has anyone created or found anything similar?
