Sat, July 17, 2004 - 9:21 PMNeverwinter Nights comes with the Aurora toolset that allows you to create RPG style modules for it. Many game desingers and producers like seeing a demo in the NWN format because it requires basic 3d skills, but more importantly, writing, logic scripting and game flow abilities. -

Wed, July 21, 2004 - 7:14 PMAlso Unreal Tournament comes with a really amazing editor. Pretty complex but very powerful.
Warcraft III also has a good, easy to use editor.
Morrowind comes with a good one too.

Sun, October 24, 2004 - 8:00 AMWhat kind of game? I've written a couple of free game development engines, in Java so they run on every platform.
Hephaestus creates tile graphics "console RPGs" for PCs. Heph makes RPG Maker look like the toy that it is.

Aiee! is a text adventure (or text+graphics+sound) authoring system. Right now it's in early development, but gameplay is more or less complete.
