Yet another cyclist in the City streets was left dead after the careless, clueless and cruel driver caused her death and just took off.
It just seems like this type of incidents are becoming more and more common around here. Very unconscionable.
Hope they catch the moron who commited this terrible crime!

Mon, February 20, 2006 - 4:06 AMCheck this out...
www.louisvillebicycleclub.org/nov....htm
Kentucky's First Lieutenant Lady killed a cyclist with her Navigator and warranted quoting because she was "distraught". Sounds like an application for Kryptonite Kung Fu to me. Not very good odds taking on a 5000+ lb SUV with a 4' chain, but it's a helluvan attention getter. Oh, and the media will brand you as a "sociopathic militant-type" cyclist, or some similar foolishness...lmao
They're not gonna hang up, be courteous, and watch out for us, folks.

Re: VERY SAD
Sat, March 4, 2006 - 10:22 AMSo, did they catch the fucker driving the Honda? In the Kentucky cases listed later in this thread, it's not necessarily clear who is at fault in the accident. The details of this San Francisco tragedy seem pretty cut and dry, though, and the fellow driving that car should go to prison for manslaughter. In my opinion, if you hit-and-run, you should go to prison regardless of who was originally at fault.
