hey all,
was wondering if anyone knew of a good website that shows exactly what angles psi and phi are in an amino acid chain. my biochem book is kind of confusing because it's hard to tell which plane they are saying these two angle are in, which direction, etc (not to mention it's kind of hard to explain).
