Howdy folks
I'm looking for an easy-to-use, decent quality freeware application that can generate clean graphic files. It would be extremely helpful for my work. I currently spoof charts in Illustrator, but there has to be a better way - something that's chart/graph specific.
I'd like to generate output not unlike these graphs:
wings.buffalo.edu/aru/ARUappendC.htm
Any ideas?
Thanks!
Barnaby

www.gnuplot.info
It can readily make plots like your examples. It can also do 3d and color, if you want. The one possible negative is it runs from the command line. That's a positive to me, but I'm old fashioned. If you look in the links section, there are some graphical interfaces. the visual basic must be for windows. the others are mostly for linux/unix.
