Kshatriya Warrior Yoga
This is yoga of the king and warrior caste of Northern India, Burma and Tibet. Integrating warrior tradition with breath and movement this yoga is athletic, powerful and fun. Kshatriya Yoga teaches practical muscle memory while providing a safe creative space for you to cultivate your inner warrior. Rooted in Hatha yoga the Kshatriya asana (postures) are assisted using the staff (dhanda) and rope (longhi).

Dhanda Yoga is an ancient Burmese tradition linked to the servant and warrior caste. Dhanda is the yogic symbol for the human spine through which Prana flows.
